ICDL Foundation has a global distribution network of business partnerships, allowing us to deliver our programmes in almost any geographical situation or operational scale.

This network of national or regional Licensees administering the ECDL / ICDL concept in their respective countries has established ICDL Foundation as the leading global certification body in end user skills and an authorative voice on global digital literacy.

In order to encourage a strong and diverse programme we endorse a counterpart network of ECDL / ICDL training and testing suppliers who compete with each other on a variety of factors. Our role is to provide official ECDL Foundation Approved status to these suppliers to verify that they confirm to our quality standards.

This gives the customer complete freedom of choice over exactly how they attain the certification without compromising the global standard.
